ASTANA. May 19 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — Kazakhstan has pushed back the planned initial public offering of state railway operator Kazakhstan Temir Zholy to the first quarter of 2027, Transport Minister Nurlan Sauranbayev said Tuesday.
