ASTANA. May 28 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — The government of Kazakhstan has allocated 5.8 billion tenge from its reserve fund to modernize heating and electricity infrastructure in the city of Arkalyk in the Kostanay region, the government's press service said on Tuesday.
