NOVOSIBIRSK. Oct 8 (Interfax) – A magnitude 3.4 earthquake was recorded in eastern Kazakhstan's East Kazakhstan region, 256 kilometers southeast of Ust-Kamenogorsk, on Wednesday evening, the Altai-Sayan branch of the Federal Research Center "Unified Geophysical Service of the Russian Academy of Sciences" said.
