Kazakhstan in talks with Russia on returning citizens from combat zone
ASTANA. Oct 2 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakhstan's Foreign Ministry is ready to assist citizens who have found themselves in a combat zone and is holding consultations with the Russia, ministry spokesman Zhanbolat Usenov said Friday.
