Kazakhstan to designate oilfields for crypto miners to generate power from associated gas

ASTANA. Sept 30 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan's Energy Ministry and Digital Ministry are compiling a list of oil and gas fields where crypto miners will be allowed to generate electricity from associated gas, the Ministry of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development told Interfax-Kazakhstan.
