Rescued Kazakh sailor regains consciousness, condition stable

ASTANA. Sept 25 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — A Kazakh sailor rescued after being swept into the Caspian Sea has regained consciousness and is in stable condition, Deputy Health Minister Manas Ramazanov said Friday.
