Kazakhstan signs visa waiver with Benin, establishes ties with East Timor at UNGA

ASTANA. Sept 25 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — Kazakhstan signed a visa waiver agreement with Benin and established diplomatic relations with East Timor on the sidelines of the U.N. General Assembly, the Foreign Ministry said.
