Kazakhstan prosecutors identify suspects in Caspian exercise deaths

ASTANA. Sept 25 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — Kazakhstan on Friday identified suspects in the deaths of 12 Navy sailors swept into the Caspian Sea during an exercise, as the country observed a day of national mourning.
