MOSCOW. May 15 (Interfax) - The State Duma on Thursday passed in the second and third readings a bill introducing a legal regime for anti-terrorist protection of Russian oil and gas rigs in the Caspian Sea and allowing security forces to shoot down attacking unmanned aircraft. The regulation will affect the operations of Lukoil, which conducts offshore extraction in the Russian sector of the Caspian Sea at the Korchagin and Filanovsky deposits.
