Discounts on Urals oil remain at Russian ports in March; plummet at Asian ports - Argus

MOSCOW. April 1 (Interfax) - Discounts on Russian Urals oil for shipments to Western ports were unchanged month-on-month in March, while discounts for shipments to Indian and Chinese ports fell substantially, and the price of ESPO oil rose month-on-month in March, according to Argus quotes, as seen by Interfax.
