SCO observers say Kazakhstan referendum was free and legitimate

MINSK. March 16 (Interfax) — Observers from the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) said Kazakhstan’s constitutional referendum was conducted in line with national legislation and international commitments, and described the vote as free and legitimate.
