Fire at SOCAR's Baku Oil Refinery localized - Azerbaijani Emergency Situations Ministry
BAKU. March 5 (Interfax) - The fire that broke out in the morning at the State Oil Company of the Azerbaijani Republic's (SOCAR) Baku Oil Refinery in Baku's Nizami district has been localized by the Emergency Situations Ministry, the ministry said.
