Rivalry among leading powers has rendered UN Security Council unable to resolve major conflicts – Tokayev

ASTANA. Dec 19 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev said comprehensive reform of the United Nations has become a strategic necessity amid growing global instability and intensifying rivalry among leading powers.
