MOSCOW. Dec 15 (Interfax) - Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak has held a meeting on the petroleum products market situation with representatives of the Energy Ministry, the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS), St. Petersburg International Mercantile Exchange (SPIMEX) and oil companies, the government's press service said.
