Full refunds for flight cancellations could drive up ticket prices - Kazakh Transport Ministry

ASTANA. Dec 9 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Requiring airlines to provide full refunds for all canceled tickets could lead to higher airfares in Kazakhstan, Kazakhstan’s Transport Ministry said Tuesday.
