ASTANA. Dec 9 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Southern Kazakhstan could experience a water shortage of up to 1 billion cubic meters (bcm) in the 2026 growing season, Deputy Prime Minister Kanat Bozumbayev said on Tuesday.
