Kazakh peacekeepers cleared over 1,000 explosives in the Golan Heights

ASTANA. Dec 5 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Engineers from the Kazakh peacekeeping contingent with the United Nations Disengagement Observer Force discovered and destroyed more than 1,000 explosive items in the Golan Heights over eight months this year, Kazakhstan’s Defense Ministry said Friday.
