Proton-M LV with Elektro-L satellite to be launched from Baikonur on Dec 15

MOSCOW. Dec 1 (Interfax) - Preparations for launching the Elektro-L5 hydro-meteorological satellite made by NPO Lavochkin from the Baikonur Cosmodrome on December 15 are nearing completion, Roscosmos said in a statement.
