RIYADH. Dec 1 (Interfax) - The new methodology for assessing the maximum oil production capacities of OPEC+ countries will consider not only their spare capacities but also their investment capabilities, Saudi Arabian Energy Minister Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman said.
