ASTANA. Sept 10 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakhstan and Pakistan have set a goal to increase bilateral trade to $1 billion and are working to expand deliveries across 40 commodity types, the Kazakh Ministry of Trade and Integration said in a statement.
