Kazakh PM orders review, elimination of ineffective social benefits by Dec

ASTANA. Sept 9 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakhstan will introduce a unified standard for social support measures by December, scrapping ineffective benefits and payments, Prime Minister Olzhas Bektenov said Tuesday.
