Kazakhstan advances funding plan for Afghan rail project


ASTANA. Sept 9 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakhstan has finalized a financing framework for a railway in Afghanistan and is now seeking investors for the construction, Deputy Minister of Transport Maksat Kaliakparov announced Tuesday.
