Tokayev orders review of migration to Astana amid strain on infrastructure

ASTANA. Sept 8 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has instructed the government to conduct a detailed analysis of mass migration from Kazakhstan’s regions to the capital, Astana, warning that the influx is putting a severe strain on city infrastructure.
