Kazakhstan plans pensions, benefit cuts for citizens without proof of residence, or in state care
ASTANA. Sept 5 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — Kazakhstan's Ministry of Labor and Social Protection has proposed suspending pension and social benefit payments to individuals who receive state-supported residential care or cannot confirm their permanent residency in the country.
