S&P upgrades Kazakhstan's outlook to positive, affirms BBB-/A-3 rating

ASTANA. Aug 25 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - The international ratings agency S&P Global Ratings has affirmed Kazakhstan's sovereign credit rating at 'BBB-/A-3' and revised its outlook from stable to positive.
