Kazakhstan seizes record 11 tonnes of drugs in 2023, triples synthetic narcotics haul

ASTANA. Aug 18 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakh authorities have confiscated more than 11 tonnes of narcotics this year, including a threefold increase in synthetic drugs compared to previous periods, the Interior Ministry reported Monday.
