Russia's Inter RAO awaits funding decision this year for Kazakh power plant projects


ASTANA. Aug 14 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Russian energy company Inter RAO could sign contracts to design two coal-fired power plants in Kazakhstan if Moscow approves financing, a company executive said Thursday.
