ASTANA. July 15 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) – Kazakhstan could save up to 250 million tenge annually and reduce its water dependence on Russia by implementing the project to build a reservoir on the Bolshoy Uzen River in the West Kazakhstan Region, according to the republic's Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation.
