Kazakh government to rely only on guaranteed transfers from National Fund for next three years - prime minister

ASTANA. July 15 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - The Kazakh government does not plan to use special-purpose transfers from the National Fund during the next three years and will limit itself to guaranteed transfers only, Prime Minister Olzhas Bektenov said on Tuesday.
