Kazakh President сalls for pragmatic dialogue to ease global tensions

ASTANA. April 24 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) - Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev urged the global community Thursday to alleviate tensions through pragmatic dialogue and mutual respect, warning that only compromise and cooperation can prevent the world from descending into chaos.
